Bonus programme

Terms of participation
General terms and conditions
By registering for a course you accept the following terms.
1 · Registration & payment
Once you have registered for a course, that registration is binding. 50 % of the course fee is due on registration, the other half by the first course date at the latest.
You can pay the course fee by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash. The details for paying by transfer or PayPal are in your registration form.
If you cancel at short notice (7 to 1 day(s) before the course starts) and I cannot find a replacement for you, you are obliged to pay the full course fee.
2 · Scope of the course
The full amount for a course is always due, regardless of how often you are able to attend.
Because the room is small, the number of participants is limited. I hold a place for you for the chosen duration (4, 8 or 12 sessions). At short notice I cannot find a replacement for your absence – nobody wants to step in for a single class only to return to the waiting list afterwards.
You may, however, send someone to take your yoga class in your place. Please let me know by phone or in writing if you do. You can settle the cost between you; I always receive the full fee.
3 · Trial classes
If you are interested in a trial class, please get in touch. As space is limited, a free place must be available.
A trial class costs the same as a single class (22 €).
4 · Extension & make-up classes
Unfortunately I cannot hold a place for you unless you have told me by one week before the course ends that you would like to continue. The same applies if you wish to pause for other reasons.
I keep a waiting list and am happy to add you to it. As soon as a place is free again, I will get in touch. There is no entitlement to make up missed classes.
If I cannot hold a class (e.g. for health reasons), I arrange a substitute teacher. Should that not be possible, I offer a replacement date.
5 · Disclaimer
The courses I offer are intended to support your general wellbeing and relaxation. I am neither a doctor nor a therapist – my offerings are no substitute for medical or psychological advice, treatment or therapy.
You carry full responsibility for your health and wellbeing. As a rule: listen to your body, recognise your limits and respect them.
If you have medical or psychological concerns, I recommend seeking professional help or talking to your doctor or therapist beforehand.
6 · Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers from Vinayaki-Yoga & Coaching can only be redeemed for offerings of Vinayaki-Yoga & Coaching.
They cannot be redeemed for the yoga courses of the adult education centre (VHS) Büchen-Gudow at the Witzeeze cultural centre. These courses are booked and paid for through the VHS.
7 · Bonus programme
- The bonus programme applies only to my own subscriptions, that is, the course packages of 4, 8 or 12 sessions. It does not apply to the other offerings of Vinayaki-Yoga & Coaching GbR, such as singing bowl massage, Reiki, coaching or events, nor to the VHS courses, nor to single and trial classes.
- If you recommend me, the person you referred receives 10 % off their first subscription and you receive 10 % off your next subscription. Only someone who has never had a subscription can be referred. A trial class beforehand is possible.
- The bonus amounts to 10 % of the price of the subscription it is credited to, even where a different price has been agreed.
- You tell me who referred you when you book your first subscription. I then record it.
- Your bonus as the referrer arises as soon as the subscription of the person you referred has been paid in full. If that subscription is cancelled afterwards, your bonus remains. If it is cancelled before then, your bonus lapses.
- A bonus applies to subscriptions booked from the day it arises. Retroactive crediting is not possible. The bonus expires after 12 months. The last day is the same calendar day in the following year.
- At most one bonus is credited per subscription. If you have several bonuses, they apply to your following subscriptions, the oldest first. If you were referred yourself, no further bonus is credited to your first subscription.
